We sell new and preowned chiropractic and rehabilitation equipment, including tables, ultrasound and high-voltage combo units, hydrocollators, and accessories. Each product page says whether the item is new or preowned.

 

How shipping works

Because many of our items are large and heavy, shipping is arranged by size and weight:

- Small accessories may ship by standard parcel service.

- Large tables and equipment usually ship by freight. We will confirm the freight cost and delivery time with you before your order ships, so there are no surprises.

- New tables: please allow 4 to 6 weeks for order preparation, because new units are made specifically for that order.

- Preowned equipment: usually prepared within 2 to 3 days.

Delivery time after preparation depends on your location and whether the item ships by parcel or freight. We will confirm delivery details with you before shipment.

 

Delivery and inspection

Please inspect your equipment when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us right away at (214) 842-8558 or info@ertroubleshooting.com so we can help with a claim.
